Cartoon Characters A-Z Game

This game is about cartoons of course. We will start with letter A. After letter Z start with A again.
You must post the definition of the character on every post and place what's the title of the show it came from.

Rules and guide:
1. Strictly cartoons only.
2. Anything TV series made from japan is a certified anime. Example: Pokemon (Not a cartoon, don't ask me why it is in Cartoon Network )
3. You can skip letters like W, X.. but less than 3 letters are allowed to skipped.
4. Think the cartoon character YOURSELF.
5. You must not repeat the answer of the other poster EXCEPT when its 5 pages left.
